Armament Listing[edit]

I Strongly question the entry of: 8 - Mk41 VLS SAM launcher What missile type does it support/have? This not visible in the picture. It is a weapon that can be hard to pick out in a picture. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wfoj2 (talk • contribs) 13:07, 20 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed it seems that the Mk. 41 has never been installed. So much can be discerned from comparing line drawings and actual photos. The original 8-cell launher was supposed to be fitted into a housing in front of the bridge, clearly protruding from the upper deck, not unlike what the Australians did with their OHP-upgrade.
